i wore it one day over my swim suit because its kinda of long.
very pretty flower pattern.
has a string to tie around neck.but can also be worn as a strapless!

it is a large.but its scrunched in some places.i could say a medium but its defintely not small.lol.its actually really baggy on me.lol
