Natural oval cut tsavorite. Almost 4 carats measuring 8x10mm. It's a different green in different lighting... The last photo is with a flash the others are without. You can see that it is a semi translucent stone meaning it does have light showing through it but is not a crystal clear stone as it has not been treated or fired. Tsavorite is one of two green varieties of garnet, though arguably the more important of the two. Especially in smaller sizes, tsavorite creates competition for emerald because it is less included and rarely treated. Gin offers are always welcome and carefully considered. Free shipping in the US.
