I grabbed this in a handful of micro usb chargers, and one turned out to be 30-pin I couldn't use, so here ya go!

I tore off the wrap/upc for photos and measuring, but this is still brand new, never used.

From a NON-SMOKING, Bug free, cat-loving household.
