Apple iPhone 3GS 16 GB Black AT&T GSM Unlocked Smartphone.

This iPhone is factory unlocked. I used this iPhone with AT&T, then I switched over to Net10 using this phone as well. I got a new phone, so I no longer need this one. This phone has sat unused for over 6 months now. Worked great for everything I used it for. I have reset the phone to factory, and it is now waiting and ready for you to set up!

There is scratches on the screen and case, and there are some cosmetic issues as well, however they don't change or mess with the function of the phone at all. Battery life is unknown, and will very based on how you use the phone. There is two cracks along the back on both sides of the charge port.

Due to the nature of electronics, this is sold as is with no refunds/returns. Please review the pictures to see what you are getting.

I used this phone as a pay as you go phone. When you get it in the mail, and first start up your non-activated iPhone, you are presented with the iPhone activation screen. From this screen, you can only place emergency calls until you have activated your device. You will have to insert a sim card into the phone during this process. Once you activate the phone with a sim card, you can use it as a wifi only device. :)

You need any sort of Standard size SIM. It shouldn't have to be an active one.
