Is this a changing table or crib and is there anything wrong with it that we need to be aware of, i'm not saying it to be funny but does it need hardware etc and if so what? Thanks!

This is wonderful, my nephew is having their first baby and have nothing, this would be perfect. They don't have much money so Auntie is trying to help out so I will be biding on this.
