I hard a hard time measuring the stuffed toy because my elderly chihuahuas were attacking the "evil"tape measure,lol lol! I even touch the tape measure while the chihuahuas are sleeping and they'll wake up growling and barking. They attack the tape measure every chance they get, it's funny to watch. Back to business. The stuffed toy is more than 23 inches around the"bottom"part. It's new, just purchased from Sam's Club on sale for $14.95,down from $29.95.it was after the holiday clearance sale.it has been around cats and small dogs while in my home. I will do my best to knock any stray pet hair off before sending.
