Warning! This dress is see-threw in certain areas and the areas where there is cloth it is minimal. Refer to the last picture to see what it would look like.
This dress has the tags. It says XL but fits like a Medium.
This dress is also better for a person shorter than 5'2. Otherwise it'll fall by your calfs and not below your ankles.

Is the bust that fits more like med. where was it made? Possibly China or Korea?

It was made in China. The dress as a whole fits like a size 10 dress. The bust would probably not fit someone over the size of a 38C. Hope that clarifies thing up! :)

Unfortunately, I cannot lower the days once the bidding has started. And it would fit you probably at the ankles or a bit longer.
