Relisted both. winner of both boots auctions gave me the wrong address they were sent back to me and she fails to respond to any messages.
So you get one more chance on these(:

Woman's brown boots in size 8 from Wet Seal, with small heel so they do make that Click-Clack sound. Cute side buckle for looks. Scuffs on front and back of them,the sole on the inside began to lift so I put new cheetah insoles inside both of them. These were my trusty go to boots they look great with everything!! There worn but I think they have a lot more wear life in them. I got new ones for birthday, So I thought I'd list them I'm also listing my black pair, there in much better condition than the brown.

Size 8 in description, they run a half size smaller I'd say.

Are they leather...my daughter loves boots and wants these...but wants them in leather

There is no tag saying its of real leather so I don't want to tell you it is if it's not. But I'd does have a leather smell to it that my other boots don't have. Hope that is of some help!
