Thanks Diana, but I've spent two days reworking listings and I'm kinda over it. And I have both of my kids here this week, just for a few days before they go off to college, so things have gotten crazy around here. I'm so disgusted by this moderator craziness I'm probably going to wrap things up on Listia after this batch of listings.

You are SO dead on ... I spent most of the day away from Listia yesterday and I already feel better. I just really need to cut back, I've kind of let Listia take over my life and that just isn't a good thing. I'm having what seems to be a productive correspondence with the moderator now, trying to help him understand why I was SO angry.

I'm going to stick with Listia for the moment. I've tried Etsy, Artfire, etc., and it's a waste of time to sell stuff like jewelry and supplies. I had a productive exchange with the moderator involved and I think he understands the problems involved with the way he handled the listings a few weeks ago.

UPDATE: The moderator and I have been having what I hope will be a productive exchange or correspondence. I recommend that anyone whose listing is removed submit a ticket to DEMAND to know why, specifically, their listing was removed.

My hope is that this issue will encourage Listia to remove any benefits for flagging (i.e. the badges and leaderboard standings) and require moderators to explain why a listing was removed each time they do so (i.e. not just because someone flagged it). Also, I think Listia needs to pay or compensate moderators in some way so they can more effectively hold them accountable.

If you have any other suggestions, please post them here or on one of my other listings and I will pass them on.
