It's like ebay, but better. Lol. Instead of cash, we use points. New users' auctions draw very watchful eyes. Sadly, ther are quite a bit of scammers out there.

Getting verified as you have, goes a long way.
Points aren't released to new sellers until the winner notifies that they actually received the item. Sellers have 7 days from the end of the auction to send off the item. Providing tracking is preferred/suggested, but not necessary. Most of us provide it as reassurance to the buyer and a good way to prove that the item arrived, in case there's a dispute.
Providing fast shipping (preferably w/ tracking) & good communication go a long way in regards to receiving positive feedback.
