I purchased these from ebay they are way to small for my Shih Tzu.I only paid a few dollars for them so don't waste to many credits.They are small small small.Also if any one knows where I can find a nice nonskid sock for my 8lb Shih Tzu please leave in the comment section.Listia verified address only.Thanks:)

I got a pair today that are 2'L x 13/4 'w and still they are to small, If your dog has these measurements they are to small.I'm not very good at trying to get the right sz so I hope this helps-Coming Soon "Casual Dog Slippers"

I made my own doggie booties for my min pin. I used a tub of silicon sealant to make dots at the bottom and sewed little velcro closures to keep them on his feet. So far they work well. I found a pattern sonewhere online then improved on it.

I have a pattern to make them. In various sizes, not water proof but I can make them non skid if anyone is interested I can make some and put them on here. Material doesn't cost to much. If someone is interested in water proof boots, I would have to look at different material. I like doing this kind of craft stuff. B-)

So cute I too have a hard time to find waterproof boots for my lil American eskimo she goes out and then looks at me in a few minutes and holds her paw up and looks like please pick me up my feet are cold lol so i do and carry her back in the house i also have a big german shepherd too and she started doing the same thing this winter and i never have had any of my shepherds ever do that before Im wondering if there is something going on with the cold and their feet this year i never had either one do this before and Ive looked at walmart but never can find lil rubber boots for my lil lady but i too took some material and just cut slits in the top and ran a string threw it and tied them on her and she loves them but after she runs around outside they eventually fall off looking for better ones their is a new spray called seal coat out and it comes in all kinds of colors so im going to make some booties and spay the bottoms and sides with this stuff and see what happens .It seals water out of everything you spray it on so maybe it would be something we all could use for homemade booties Gonna make some soon and ill let you know what happens Watching and fanned you too hun Im gonna bid on these too just in case my idea doesnt work .Gypsy

I had to laugh when I read "8lb shih tzu" I have a Pekingese/shih tzu mix and she's close to 16lbs !!
She's not fat though. I have a hard time finding clothes 4 her.
Will your dog let you put things on its feet & walk with them? My dog does not like anyone messing with her paws... I wish I could get her to wear booties etc especially now with all the rock salt on the ground. I always gotta wash her paws & coat with Vaseline after a walk.
