Thanks for asking, but I don't know. I wanted them for bladder leaks since I am 74 years old, but I bought two packs and I don't like them for my problem, they are just to long for me. I think they would be good for light period times, they are not real thick. The package says compare to "Always", I don't know what they are. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
