1 pack new nail decals. These are not full nail covers. They can be placed any way you want on the nail.This is a new item I'm trying out, and I got extra's.
So here is what the instructions say:
(1) polish nails, and dry them
(2) remove the film of product, cut out the pattern you want, plunge it in water
(3) moisten fingernails, and place pattern in position
(4) sop up the water with paper towel
(5) cap with clear polish and blow dry.
