this is a 10" x 14" kit and I've tried to get it to turn, but it will only turn upside down again.

Oh nice size ! If you're using your cell phone some of them you have to make sure how the camera looks when you take the pic or it does come out sideways

I have a digital camera and still in the learning process. I can't use a cell phone to much, due to having a heart pacemaker. I tried rotating it around several times before posting, but it just didn't want to work.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about the pace maker that's a shame. When you use your camera tho there should be a setting to rotate somewhere. Best way to learn how to use it is type it into you tube or Google search the exact brand and it will tell you anything you want to know

after downloading from camera I have been able to rotate it, just for some reason this one just didn't want to do it.
