I have here a brand new XS dog shirt! The brand name is Simply Dog! I bought it for my pug and when I tried it on him it was too tight so that should give you a little bit of a visual on size. It is a thin and light material so it'll be great for Spring and Summer. They will not get too warm wearing in the house either. It's a very cute shirt and I was very bummed when it didn't fit my pug!

I would think so! My pug is 13lbs and the shirt was only snug in certain areas like his chest and arms, but fit him great everywhere elde. So I'd have to say yes, it would fit an 8lb pup! =)
