They don't come in whatever box they came in, but they come with instruction booklet along with a diagram to be able to do the tarot cards.

So do the palm reading cards have a discription on the back of what the image means on the front?

The palm reading cards will have an image and the booklet will tell you what that means. The pictures are basically a reference so the person can match them with the person's hand.
