Hi, yes it does, but I would suggest keeping an otter box or equivalent on it. A lot of people on Craigslist and such repair screens or you can buy one online anywhere from $15-$40 I just never got around to it. Thanks for the question :)

Has the phone ever been reported as stolen? Or are there unpaid bills? This will lock the iCloud and basically make the phone unusable.

Hi, I have been the original owner so never stolen. And bills were all paid on time. :) I sold my husbands that was on the same plan via craigslist because it was in good condition and they didn't have any trouble setting it up. Thanks for the questions!
