When I say "Free Shipping", it means I Promise to send the winner their Free item. and "when I have the cash available", I'm saying the winner will not only receive the item for Free but will not have to pay a single cent to get the item--- the catch being, I can only ship when I have the money to do so. I get a paycheck 2 times a month and the amount of time between the close of the auction and the shipping date will vary. It is safe to say that if you win one of my auctions, you will not be disappointed.
