Great Way to start a First Day Cover Collection with all the covers I will be putting on.

The First Day Covers are in good to great shape unless I tell you what is wrong with it. The stamps are not damaged. Some have cachets and some don't. Please see the picture to tell the condition of the cover.
All the stamps that are going on are from my personnel collection. I have been collecting stamps since I was 10 years old. Hope to see someone else enjoy them

Do all your FDC's have a address on the front ?

Most of them do. I haven't finished pulling all the covers out. So far I have a huge lot but I never cared if they had addresses or not. I just collected them for the stamp or the cachet. I will be putting a lot of them on as soon as I can. Hope this helps. Just keep watching.
