Winner will receive a BHcosmetics 28 Color Palette in Neutral Eyes! Three of the shadows have been VERY lightly swatch when I first got the palette. It has beautiful colors and the shadows are sooooo good! I just have so many palettes that I never reach for this one! The last three photos show the three colors that have been swatched.
