You can cleanse a crystal in a bowl of water with a bit of sea salt. Another way is to place it on a big cluster, or let it set in the moonlight. If you feel the energy in a crystal, it is meant for you. I feel the energies from my crystals, some are quite strong lol! As far as meditating, I find it hard to do most of the times. Look on YouTube, as there are some sounds you can listen to to help you out. I have found one that is amazing to help with Astral Travel. Sometimes I can pull it off, other times I can't. It's pretty neat (and freaky at the same time lol!) once you do it. Find sounds you are comfortable with, like thunderstorms, the ocean, rain...etc. The possibilities are endless!!
