Super cute brand: Wet seal boots that have a cowgirl boot look to them, I got them as a present and they are too big for me. Size 10, but because of brand sizing it would regularly be a 9.

From what I got out of it is that she's saying they are a size 10 but bc of the brand, fit more like a 9?! That's what it kind of sound like...lol ! Mackenziesmith could you clear this up for everyone, please?

They are a size 10. The heel is about an inch or so high.
