Tracking is always included! This works good, it's just a little dingy-colored from our well water (when cleaning-I usually air dry), and there is a tad bit of rust on the metal stick that the plastic bowl sits over, which doesn't affect the food you are chopping-you only see it when you are cleaning it). Plus, since it doesn't ever touch the food, you can always touch it up with silver spray paint. If you have good city water and/or a good filtration system, or have cleaning agents that are good for removing rust stains, then I am sure the bowl will be just fine. There is no reason, this can't just get a good cleaning and still use for food. Everything is cosmetic, and the only part that could affect food doesn't even touch your food, which is that metal rod/stick that holds the bowl in place. I have had this for several years, but we are moving out of state soon, so need to find this a good home. It is not a big chopper, it only chops single, smaller items. The first pic is of just after I washed it a couple days ago, and it was still wet from airdrying. Non-smoking home. Verified addresses only. Plz follow Listia rules!
