Very beautiful vintage fur muff / muffler / hand warmer. Purchased from an estate, 30s/40s era.

It's simply gorgeous because the piece that was chosen perfectly lines up giving it a very balanced appearance with both sides of the pattern mirroring the other.

The front side has the fur, the back is a black silky ribbed material. Has a strap that can be used as shown, forming sort of a wristlet strap (large enough to hang on forearm) or it may be pulled tighter, giving the muff a more gathered look if you prefer. The interior has two sections, both of which go all the way through, one is the full size of the muff, the other is about ⅔ the full size. The interior is a very smooth black satin. There is also a zippered pocket along one edge, has a metal zipper and is quite deep, will hold a wallet / cell phone / etc.

Measures 11 ½ x 14 inches when lying flat.

In excellent condition, all the seams are tight, no fraying, the fur is all intact with no missing fur or damage.

Exceptional piece, elevate a modern outfit with this nod to the past... would also be perfect for a movie or theatre production, nostalgic Christmas photos.... be feminine, exotic, fierce!!!
