Yes. this is to allow you to take credit card payments from customers, or donations. Any kind of payment, right into your paypal account. Then you pay your bills directly from that account, or you can transfer the money into your bank, and pay the total from there...

This IS a picture of the box, which has not been opened. There is no other info on the back of the box, except that there is a low standard fee of 2.7% per swipe. That would be 2.7% of the purchase total for that individual swipe.
