You can get any one of the products shown in the first picture or free milk or free berries or free bananas.
There are a limited amount of coupons for each item so order as soon as you can to get the best selection.

Of course the most expensive item, the shakes, has the least number of coupons at only - 8,000.
The cereals range from 52,000 to 10,000 coupons.
The protein bars, crisps and cracker chips range from 25,000 to 14,000 coupons.
The box of berries (any size, any variety) is 85,000 coupons.
The bananas (up to two lbs) has 75,000 coupons.
And the 1 litre of milk has 27,000 coupons. (This is just a guess, because it's not clear in the instructions, but I think that the milk coupons are NOT valid in Quebec and the Maritime Provinces, sorry).
