This is a brand new watch with a brand new battery with the plastic piece still in place keeping it from the battery from being used until plastic piece gets removed and battery starts to run the watch. Never been worn. It's black with the braided rubber thick watch band.It's the newest style of watch I'm sure everybody's seen these on here one time or another. Sweetie you know I am not sure but I would think it's prolly not water proof. I'm sure if you got it wet it would be fine cuz the band is rubber but I'm not too sure about the watch face itself and wouldn't want to ruin it. It's such a cute watch tho
