Yes, she's dressed as Ultraman, a very well known character in Japan. Great condition bc son never really did anything with these--just sat in storage. Thank you for the interest!

I thought my kids knew all of these characters, but we can't seem to figure out the one in the middle. We think its Japanese because they won it at a Japanese autumn festival. The figurine on the left is Hello Kitty dressed up as Ultraman and at the right is a Power Ranger. Just letting you all know that I didn't mean to mislead anyone--peace!

I googled hello kitty as ultraman and wow! There is quite a bit of collecting for these--I even almost want it back:D These are hollow plastic and the screw eye was added later, so you can remove it to just display the figurine.
