The penny is oversized due to the rim, look at it closely, it is to big to fit in a pemmy roll, the nickel is cracked on the right reverse and the quarter was not centered when the die struck look closely at the photos.

It appears like the penny's rim isn't oversized but that it has a bezel on it. Just a thought

I took a look at it and you might be right. I have about 8 pennies that have these goofy looking rims - I can probably get pictures and throw them into this auction - but I can't modify with a bid on it do you want me to put them in another auction so you could see
