I was told by a family member you can use this at walmart as well even though it has target on it because it is a manufacters coupon.

I don't know for sure if you can or not, since it says Target on it, I didn't want to try because the people at my local walmart are stupid and don't like to go by their own company rules sometimes and it's not worth fighting with them over it. So, I hope someone else can enjoy it.

You can use it anywhere! I googled the coupon before I used mine and it says it's a manufacture's coupon but it's sponsored by target!....I used mine at stater brothers grocery store no problem at all! :) I just paid 30 cents for it because of the price difference!
