When you say " agrees to no credit refund after providing verified address " what exactly does that mean does it mean if I don't get my item I loose my credits anyway ? I'd like to assume everyone sends stuff out but I am learning not everyone is honest Not saying that about you Actually have run into this myself so curious does that cover me from people being able to lie on my Auctions and NOT get away with say they didn't get it ?

If I don't send ur item you always get refund. That is my rule and Listia. ....I put that because someeople receive items like this....after I spent money shipping it to them....then request refund. Do you think that is fair? well I have had this done to me many times....
