The listing, Handcrafted Paper Bead Necklace, Green has ended.

Handcrafted Paper Bead Necklace in shades of green with claw clasp. Approximate length is 24".Each paper bead is individually hand rolled, sealed and assembled into necklace by me. Paper beads are separated by tiny green beads and small simulated pearl beads. Necklace is durable but should not be immersed in water. FREE shipping.

Where the thread is sticking out can I cut them off or would I ruin the necklace?

The white thread is not part if the necklace. That thread is what attaches the necklace to the card stock paper. I did that so they wouldn't tangle and could be displayed.
