Is this a decorator fabric? I question because of the fabric content. It appears to be a 45 in decorator fabric that is poly/cotton. Or is it just cotton? Does it tell in the salvage?

Is a tracy ortor design & jo-ann exclusive fabric.. no sheen to it..
i think a cotton... i buy fabric i like.. can sew anthing you can think of.. but not sure of all fabric types..
