I honestly dont pay attention to my food i just cobble it down n run... My house isnt very healthy u see....
Thou last summer i had saved enough money to buy lettuce for my doet n lost 30 pounds i wanna do it again...
Only im broke... .-. N fam wont support me wit healthy stuff just pizza, burgers, grilled cheese, fries, etc... :/ so
If its healthy ill take it... Does it have good vitamins?

very great for a diet because 1/2 cup only has 4 calories which means you burn more calories eating it than you gain for eating it its very cool that way! plus it has 10% of a days worth of vitamin A.

well i like it how familiar are you with leafy greens? they are not as bitter or one might say as peppery as some but it is to me unpalatable raw they are very crunchy i like to add them to sauces that are cooked so that it as texture especially in pastas!

yes I live in so cal so it depends on how you care for yours... I planted mine on the corner of my house in basically a cheap hoop house where in stead of clear plastic I cover it with linen that is wet from a misting system from about noon to 5 the hottest times of day or earlier in hot weather it likes 60 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. so by giving it direct morning sun shade during the day then my house shades it in the afternoon and evening it stays nice and cool although during the winter unless there is wind or a heat wave to protect it from i don't tend to it much. the same goes for all of my lettuces!
