*~*This is a sheer product* it's ok if you mix it with other eyeshadows you have..*~*

*~*Sheer loose powder
To Apply: Dip Brush into shadow and tap lightly to remove excess. Sweep brush over lids toward brows for a soft wash of colour. Shades can be applied individually or together, using the mixing wells provided, to achieve a one of a kind colour.*~*

*~*The palette contains a (?matte?) taupe beige, light pink, peach & white colours. The colours looked really soft & angelic - very pretty. Each colour comes in its own pot that gets completely insulated when you close the compact so there is no spillage at all even when thrown in the bag. It also has two spaces where you can mix the shades together & comes with a soft bristle small brush specially adapted for the pots. The idea of it all is great.. *~*

I love all the colours. They are light, sheer and are perfect for office day wear.. I normally use brown/ pink/ peach as a wash and then also apply some light pink (the lightest under the brows as a highlighter). They all have a lovely shimmer which is more noticeable with the peach and pink shades. Using this with some black/brown eyeliner and mascara is a perfect easy routine for mornings. With regards to application, you do have to be more careful than normal. You can get fallout if you overload the brush. The brush is a bit odd (its thin and long) but I find it still does the job fine. I personally adore the packaging as its so original and pretty. I find that they stay decently well if I use an eye primer or a cream base. They are sheer, but have a lovely shimmer that makes a very nice natural look. I love the compact it has a large mirror and the brush is just fantastic. *TIP ~ save by depotting some of your other loose powders and using this compact again, clean those Empty shadows out when finished and refill it. The openings are small and not that much spills out even when you jostle it. There are stoppers you have to remove, but it's easily done. Clean it out and refill with MAC. Now you have a much More portable and travel-friendly way to handle your samples. I had an idea and a reason I bought this was for the packaging. I was planning on emptying out the shadows and using the palette to store other loose shadows and pigments in my own combinations. However, I saw the shadows and loved the colors, so I decided to try them on first. Well, that was all it took and now I'm in love..
