they are in great used condition. No holes or stains that I could visibly tell. I try my hardest to put up items that are in really good condition.

Are they true to size? Sometimes drying them in the dryer causes them to shrink, that is why I ask. :)

In my opinion, they are true to size. However, they are meant to fit a little snug so you could say they would fit like a 4T
