The listing, High end costume jewelry turquoise and silver ring size 5 has ended.

This is a very nice design and shows no wear although it is pre-owned. The turquoise looks to be a real stone, about an inch across, but i think the setting is silver plate. Even so, it is a beautiful piece and would be a great gift.
