Does the eyeliner have the original wrapping on it to prove that it was never used or opened?

I don't have the original wrapping, it got thrown away, after that, I realized it was black and not blue. I did in fact open it to verify if it was black, or blue. How i did that was i got a piece of paper and drew a single line. I would never use something and decide to give, or even sell it to someone...I think that is disgusting and unsanitary.
