I only have two of these. There from the fifth dawn set, which is the last set in the mirrodin series.

The name of the card is Vadalken Shackles. Its an artifact, and costs 3 colorless, and says,You may choose not to untap Vadalken Shackles during your untap step.

Pay 2 colorless, tap: Gain control of target creature with power less than or equal to the number of Islands you control as long as Vadalken Shackles remains tapped.

they are in good condition, and havent been played offten.
