I think this used to be a early circus prize but I'm not a subject matter expert but its the coolest little thing that I ever saw.

The Horse ashtray is made of some kind of metal and the clown is made of plastic.

I'm assuming that the clown was placed on it because of the hole in the ashtray.

The height is: 5 1/2"
The base width (front to back) is: 6"
The base width (left to right) is: 5 1/4"

Either way its a great piece for its age and it would look awesome on any desk or in any showcase.
