That is a tricky question. The Pink Babydoll Nightie only lists it as a Large, nothing more. I took a closer look at it and measured all the way around the bra and backside full circle and came up with an approximate 38 inches. The cup size I can only guess that it is probably smaller than a "C". (Don't ask me how I know, lol!)
It has underwire for support and looks more like a demi bra. When worn it pushes your breast up to create cleavage. I'm not an expert that is just what I have observed.
