Questions & Comments
Alertpay is a SCAM! paypal is safest. this is not a refection on this seller - she may not be aware of the problems with alertpay. just wanted to let people know.
to dancingqueen i do know about the credits thing and i tried to load a real picture i even sent one to someones e mail but some one started bidding before i could figure out how to get my ubuntu system on the computer to except my memory card from my phone i was unaware of the price on a flat rate box and again i have a small flat rate box i just got from here empied it and tried to fit the roku player remote power cord and the hdmi cord in the box it just won't fit . either way , if you would like other pictures i can send them through my phone to your e mail or directly to your phone i have no problem sharing my number
NOt sure if i am trusting this sell. No feedback, No REAL pciture and not wanting to ship in a cheaper flat rate box..... You DO know you do not get any points until the buyer says they have received the item???
well - i think i may have spoken too soon. there are other people who tell me alertpay is like paypal and is reputable. however if you look it up online (like i did. curiosity) you will find a lot of negative comments but i was informed that they were made in or around the year 2000 when they first started. Sorry for my comment faux pas!
Alright. Shipping. Due the light weight of the item - 7.2 ounces plus HDMI cord, packaging, and box - you would do far better to not ship in a flat rate box. Priority rate at an assumed 16 ounces max with additional weight would be $5.45 as long as no part of the box exceeded 12 inches. Even cheaper would be parcel post at $5.34. Flat rate boxes are not usually the best option unless something is really heavy.
It barely fits in to a small flat rate shipping box, leaving it needing to be taped shut and still leaves it bulging. But whatever, you win it you pay the shipping fee, save the $5 if you feel you must, but I feel that it being an electronic device, it should have some padding to ensure safe delivery. Thus why I said a medium box would be better, but also you pay shipping, its your choice
Can you email me a photo? rebeltaz@RobotsAndComputers.com - Since you say that it doesn't fit in a small flat rate box with the cords, would you be willing to ship it in a small flat rate box without the HDMI cord if that would be cheaper than a padded envelope.
i just stuck my roku in the small flat rate box (one exactly same as the one you have listed here) and it only takes up half the box w plenty of room to add the cords to ship it and it actually kinda flops around loose w extra space after i added the cords just to see if it could work so i wasnt giving out bad info. The small flat rate priority mail usps box for domestic use is the one i used here for $5.95. Just saying cause if you send it like that you could get alot more bids and spend less on shipping cost. I for one would bid up your auction :)
Can you tell me what this does? I know that is a stupid question but I saw the work Netflix and it caught my attention. I am disabled and spend way too much time at home and regular television gets old sometimes so I'm looking for something more. Can you help me by telling me a little about this? I have been looking at game systems to be able to stream Netflix but not sure what I want really. I would appreciate some help. Thanks so much!
i cant add any new photos cause the bids have started i only used this for a couple months my kids fight over it to much so were going back to just cable .as far as i know it will fit in a sm. flat rate box i tried to look up shipping cost but i need to know the destination to get an exact price but im thinking between ten and fifteen dollars because a med. box to cali is 14.95 . . .
sorry forgot to ask how the winner would pay for the shipping do you have paypal or alertpay or will it have to be mailed --forgive me if you already stated this, did not notice it--
