The listing, (L) Skirt & Top ... Liz Clayborne and Covington Brands has ended.

The skirt is long and flowing, and has gold colored decorations sown unto the front. about 33 inches long. The top is light and very soft. Both items are in excellent condition.

What size is the top and does the skirt have an elastic waist....very nice.

Both Large. The skirt has a little bit of an elastic.The ribbon goes all the way through, which is the main way you would tighten it to fit.
