This top is by Celtic Sheepskin Company in the UK. Celtic Sheepskin is the original makers of Ugg boots. In 1996 they licensed their UK UGG trademark to the Deckers Outdoor Corporation with an option to buy at a later date. The term UGG is now registered to the Deckers Outdoor Corporation.
