Are they soap? Not sure what they are

They are to be placed in your shower (I put them closest to where the shower stream is hitting, but not directly in the water) and the steam of the shower releases essential oils. The Vicks tabs relieve stuffiness and chest colds. The lavender relaxes you and can even help you sleep. I would recommend leaving out of the shower for small children.
