Are you showing 2 different phones? The first pic shows a perfect looking phone, and the bottom part of the bezel, where the touch buttons are, is not cracked, while the fourth pic shows a completely shattered screen and bezel. Thanks!

I know, it's weird!...no, I checked and don't know why it came out that way...the screen is most definitely cracked as shown in the "off" pics

Could you take a few more pictures of the screen on the phone..? They did come out strange. Just like Nathangeek said.. it does look like two phones lol but I have had some strange things happen like that with my photos lol it might be the angel of the cracks.. but that one corner is soo cracked up I don't know why it would be sooo clear and crack free looking in the other photos.. sorry to nit pick there a bit but thinking about the gin...but i'm not sure if I want to so had to ask..
Also, Can you feel the cracks or is it still smooth? Thanks!!

I understand and will try...the cracks are more of a "shatter" and are smooth...probably why it had no effect on the LCD.

I guess it looks like that bcuz the first pic, the phone is turned on and the color is so vivid that is hiding the shattered glass. The last pic, the phone is turned off making the shatter easier to see up against a darkened screen

that's exactly it...I want people to focus on the dark screen, so they know it needs changing but at least the LCD is good and it's a very good HTC

That is two different phone but good try. Because on the pick with the busted screen it shattered all the way up to the top left all the way to the edge of the phone. And the pic with the phone on even were the dark is where the actual screen don't shine is not cracked or shattered, so good try

You can get a replacement digitizer on eBay anywhere between $11 AND $45. eASY TO FIX it just takes time patients and attention to detail.

That top glass is called the " touch screen digitizer" for this particular phone. It is part of the "top glass".
