THIS WILL WORK WITH XP-VISTA 32 BIT, there is no WIN 7 or 8 64 bit drivers... There is a cheat to work on win 7 32 bit but you have to search for it!!! Info at http://support.netgear.com/product/SC101 read before bidding, works as listed on netgear specs page...

the stock, but there is a download for the latest direct from netgear, alas still not a win 7 fix tho if thats what u were thinking
