What a stunning Amethyst and White Sapphire ring. It is difficult to get the true beauty of this color...as you can see, I tried a variety of places and angles. And, as stated in the title, this is a gold filled ring...It is not plated, and as such has more gold content, but it is not solid gold. I personally cannot afford to give away solid gold. But gold filled jewelry will last a long time and most people don't have the allergy to gold filled as they might with gold plated. It is actually a layer of gold bonded to another metal so that your skin only comes in contact with the real gold, not the alloy. There is a band crossing over the Amethyst which helps make this a unique ring. The Amethyst is flanked by two sparkling white Sapphires for an even more expensive look. Not only is the band crossing the Amethyst a lovely look, it also will help protect the large, flat top surface of the stone. If you wear a size 8 ring, if you love the gorgeous purple of the Amethyst, AND if you win this auction, you will have a stunning ring to wear, and have admired, for years to come.

Thank you...it's called...hummmm....wonder what I can do to make this show up well? So you start in the bathroom and put it on the head of the glass bird and go from there....then you go around to various other places in the house including your Japanese Bento Box with bunnies on it and end up back in the bathroom with the ring sitting in the mosiac candle holder.
