It is study once put together, but it has to be put together on site, it shouldn't be moved once you put the cupcakes on it. Thank you, Lynn

It is about thirty to go through ups, but I know it is cheaper through the post office. International flat rate is only 24.95. So the most is 25 to ship to Canada. Hope that helps you. Thank you, Lynn
