This is a great gently used with a straw only drinking cup you can easily carry with you to make sure you get the recommended amount of water each day. It is made of light green PP plastic which is safe for liquids. It hold over 24 oz., is 9" high with the top, 6.5 " without and 3" diameter. I love the bumpy design because it makes it easier to hang onto.
